• Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 2–4 business days.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside of our control (such as weather conditions or high seasonal demand).

Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, we only ship within Australia.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Petshaven USA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
